If only Hearts could be made to Order...

If only a heart could be made to order...the world might be a bit less lonely.
Here's a necklace to cheer even the most broken hearted up.

Trying something new. Going to post a photo of me (the jewellery designer) wearing the Hattitude (the one-of-a-kind necklace or bracelet) Click here to visit the site.

Here an outfit is featured and you can see how I would rock the jewellery, (although I realize everyone's style is not mine, just a plain white t-shirt and jeans with this necklace works like a charm every time!)

This necklace is called "Hearts to Order". It is a one-of-a-kind necklace. Designed using vintage and new beads. It has an old pin with a sterling silver heart hanging down, as well as part of an antique necklace that has 3 baby roses attached to it. Click here to visit the site.

Florals, oh how I missed you!

Yesterday I had a clinic appointment. Today, is all fun, finishing my book club book, The Red Tent by Anita Diamant. Breaking out the sewing machine, and fixing up some vintage finds.

For those of you wondering, I'm followed at a hospital in Toronto. I was born with Cystic Fibrosis, which is a lung condition that has affected me my whole life (but not my love of fashion or accessories! ha). Last summer I received the gift of life. I was given a second chance. I had a double lung transplant on July 5th, 2010.

Spring is here...although it's a bit chilly again, but never the less I will not give up the hope of seeing spring buds, so here is a Spring little dress. Florals, oh how I missed you!

The shoes...oh glorious shoes. SO comfy. I'm a huge fan of comfort shoes
I like belts that look like jewellery

I like head gear. They are cute, versatile, and ready to grab.

Sppppppprinnngsummer.

First Day of Spring! Suck it winter.

In honour of Spring, even though the ground is grey, the sky is grey...the world is dead (just starting to come alive again now). I thought I would wear turquoise to get me in the mood to see the flowers sprouting out of the ground. Also first time I wore these white pants since september probably. Nice they a. still fit, and b. makes me feel light and airy and SPRINGY

Today's mission after I get home from errands (I am on a mission to find the perfect piece of vintage jewellery to incorporate in to a birthday Hattitude jewellery piece gift), while I'm still at my parents home: check out the Garden after the long winter and see if any buds are up!

Turquoise. Barbados Ocean. My Fav.
This is probably one of the only times you will see me in heels...if you can even call these low heels.

Can you tell I have a real thing for bows?

You've Got Hattitude Jewellery

When one has a collar, one must always pop that collar.

Once upon a time

Once upon a time...there was a cowboy, a woodsman, a fishing town, and a scottish lady....They all fell madly in love and created this ensemble.

I found this little sweater number last week on valentines day at a concert in a vintage store! Shopping and live music? Best Valentines day ever?...True.

I think I found a hole in my fish net stockings?....
Just making some adjustments. Belt is INCREDIBLY comfortable though.

It looks like a purple people eater to me...

It was the one a one-eyed, one-horned, flyin' purple people eater. Remember that song, once upon a time from our Childhood.
Inspiration for Today's outfit.
I feel as if I do not wear enough of purple...so here she blows...

Not enough purple worn in this world, yet it's such a feel good colour.  Here is my purple rockin' outfit.

Thread was lose. Don't worry I got it.

Here I've paired three different patterns in one outfit. I think we'll be seeing a lot of that this Spring, so I thought I'd get a head jump on it. I kind of like how outrageous it is.
