Short little post today. I'm trying to get done my book club book. We are meeting next week. We're reading Memory Keepers daughter. It's quite controversial.
It's about a doctor who delivers his wife's baby in a snow storm, set in the 60's. She ends up having twins, and one child is born with down syndrome. The husband and Dr. decide to give the baby away, without telling his wife....then the story takes off.
Has anyone read the Hunger games series? I read the first book in the trilogy while I was in DC, and fell in love with it! I can't wait to read the other two. A bit of Harry Potter meets Twilights love story?
That book sounds really intriguing, will check it out when I next go into the book store. :)
