my take on a black and white attire

Dress: Vintage, Chez Thrift, Bolton
Necklaces: Hattitude/Gift
Fedora hat: Brothers

How this outfit came to be Hattified: I like the shock factor of wearing a light dress, with black accessories. I added the hat to Hattify the outfit.

Why this outfit works: The black everywhere else with the cream dress reminds me of black and white cocktail dresses...everyone knows black and white tuxedo styles works :)

Another version: Try it with a beige cardigan and a light tights or bare legs. Don't forget to change your shoes to a light brown or cream.

I've been listening to this song, These white walls by Swear and Shake...it's on repeat. Seriously give it a little jingle to your ear. You will not be disappointed.
Her hair in this video is awtastic (another word for the Hattitude dictionary meaning: a combination of awesome and fantastic) I wonder if I will grow mine like hers? It makes me swoon in my knees a little.

It thunder stormed all day today, so tomorrow I'll give you a couple photos from our clothing swap on the weekend and the goods that I snaffooed (Hattitude dictionary)
