Annie Cream Cheese

If you have a second, check out how fellow fashionista and blogger, styled up my jewellery
Steffy Pros and Cons. Click here. She is so cute and always has something unique to wear. I'm so honoured she is wearing my jewels!

This dress screams fabulous. I have not worn this dress EVER. I bought it two years ago in Washington DC at the greatest Vintage store ever. Annie Cream Cheese. It's hand made by someone probably from the 60's or 70's. There is no lining. Retro. Vibrant. 70's glam. I've always loved it, but every time I went to put it on, I felt it was too short. With the heat wave we've been having, anything goes. Nothing is too short.

I thought this bracelet and earrings were darling with it. I'm modelling them.
*please note all earrings are disinfected after wearing from photo shoot
Today is thursday, meaning tomorrow is friday, meaning pool parties, bbq's, margaritas (salt rimmed of course) and chasing after little nephews. Enjoy your weekends.

Caledonstock

Yes we are on a farm. Yes there is a band. Yes there was dancing and yes, we are all dressed like hippies. Here's my photos from Caledonstock Cystic Fibrosis fundraiser! Enjoy to everyone who came. Thanks so much for supporting the Cystic Fibrosis cause. There was over 150 people in attendance and our games table raised over $700 for Cystic Fibrosis. SCORE.

Peace love and happiness

Rings: vintage, gifts
Necklace: Hattitude jewellery designed by me
Dress: Thrifted
Headband DIY from delightfully tacky

I went to a hippie themed "Caledon stock" festival on the weekend. It was a fundraiser for cystic fibrosis. What an amazing turn out. It was out of this world what the farm was transformed in to. I imagine it resembled woodstock. This is what I managed to pull from my closet to try to be a hippie for an evening.

I made this necklace using some of the pieces I got from Vancouver. The raven I bought from a man on the side of the street who hand carved it. It has abalone jewels as the eyes. I cherish this piece and am SO happy with the way the necklace turned out. I even wore a peace ring on my thumb. I got this DIY flower crown idea from delightfully tacky. Thanks for making such a great DIY post Elizabeth! What a great summer floral headpiece to have for the summer!

I'll post more pictures of the actual event, but for now, here's my outfit for the evening.
Hope your monday coffees are tasting mighty fine this morning!

A new store!

bag: thrifted, Meow, Guelph
Pants: thrifted (H&M brand)
Top: Vintage, Chez Thrift
Earrings: Available here in my shop here

I spent the day walking around Queen st. yesterday in Toronto, we stopped in many record stores (for him) and many camera shops (for her)
I'm currently working on some wholesale inquiries, trying to see if that would be an avenue I could pursue with my jewellery

I also stumbled upon the BEST thing to hit bolton since....well, ever. If you live in Bolton, you must absolutely, MUST check out the cutest and greatest vintage boutique, 'Yours Now Mine'. This girl has done her store up beautifully! She just opened in March, so go a local store owner. She's got NEW and Vintage items.

Hope to see you tomorrow at the 'Caledonstock' party! Games, dancing, stage, live bands, on a farm, fundraiser for cystic fibrosis. If you're not busy on Saturday night...this is where your chikitita bottom should be!
