I LOVE this pleated skirt. The colour is very unique and neutral. I can see it's going to turn in to a staple in my closet. Something I always grab. It's a new vintage find from the weekend. I also adore men's fedoras and they often pop into my outfits. Old man loafers AND old man fedoras + a pleated skirt...a girl can feel extra special wearing that fierce combination!
It's humid again, I don't even mind it for this last week of summer. I would do anything to hold on to the summer heat and fresh corn on the cob. I think that is my favourite thing about August. As little kids we used to eat corn on the cob EVERY single night at the cottage during the summer months. It was the best. Now my extended family farm has started growing human corn so we get to enjoy the deliciousness of FRESH corn thrown in the pot.

ReplyDeleteAh yes...corn on the cob! Friends of ours just gave us some today fresh from their garden...it really is the best! The skirt is truly lovely...seems like it will be such a versatile piece and color is fab! You look simply stunning Hattie!

ReplyDeleteThis pleated skirt look stunning on you girl! I used to have a pleated pink one just like this but I washed it the wrong way and all the pleats came out :/ Still pretty, but a bit lumpy now haha.
