Mustard walls and mustard skirts

Outfit Details:
Pink Martini Skirt: Lolitta, London, ON
Shirt: Clothing Swap
Sweater: Chez Thrift

I love this skirt. The colour speaks for itself. As soon as I saw that pink martini has a skirt out in mustard I knew I had to have it. If anyone knows me mustard is one of my favourite colours. I've recently convinced my mom to repaint my parents living room mustard, mind you the rest of the house is neon geen, turquoise and red, so mustard was not a far stretch.

I booked another bride today. Have you checked out my Bridal boutique. www.etsy.com/shop/hattitudejewels

Been working away here in the studio. April is a busy month. I have a number of things on the calendar! Winter keeps holding on, but alas today we had 6 degree whether and I did not have to turn the heat on in my studio space. Yippee Spring is coming... thankfully! Those electric heat bills were killing us!
Have a sunshiney Tuesday.

If you have not browsed my shop lately (the last three days) I strongly recommend you do, as there are some beauts just posted in the shop

custom bracelets

I'm currently in the process of making lots of custom orders! Check out my shop by clicking here.

The above bracelet is 1 of 5 custom pieces I designed. For 5 women all turning 30 this year, I made custom bracelets. It was a birthday gift from one of the ladies. She gave me all their favourite colours, and I started designing!

Do you have a special occasion coming up? Have a favourite outfit that doesn't have an accessories to go with it? I can custom make you something you'll love!

Today is a glorious sunny day, so as soon as I'm finished up here, I think I shall head out in to the world. I've been stuck inside the past few days working away and watching the rain fall.

on a bicycle for two

while reading this post...press play and listen to the song.

This is a custom necklace I did over the holidays for someone who builds old antique bikes. He is building me a custom bike. Taking old parts from vintage bikes and making them new. A perfect fit for what I do with my jewellery. Taking old pieces and making them new again. This piece was the perfect gift for him to give his new lovely bride for Christmas. Email me if you have any ideas for a custom piece of jewellery or check out some of my jewellery already created, www.GotHattitude.com

custom work

My show was cancelled this past weekend! Oy. but never fear I'll be featuring some "pop up shows" in the next few weeks, to make up for it!

Sorry to everyone who had planned to come to the unveiling of my new line, but at the "pop up shows" the new collection will be in full gear!

Here is some photos of a custom bracelet I did for a woman's neice for her confirmation. The bracelet is religious inspired for the event, and holds a lot of the girls mothers and aunts old religious pins, as well as the young girls birth stone colour, turquoise.

First Wedding of 2011 photos are in!

Brides, Babes, Weddings, White....Magical.

My first wedding of 2011 photos are in.
For those of you who don't know. I create and design one -of-a-kind jewellery. Click here

I designed this young woman's necklace, earrings, and bracelet for her special day.

She got married in Mexico, so she asked for something unique, boho, turquoise, green and beachy.

This is actually my first bride that I have outfitted with accessories. I've done a number of bridesmaid parties.

Always designing a bridesmaid, never a bride (ha)

I have another wedding this summer and am outfitting the bridesmaids. I've begun searching for the perfect vintage brooches to incorporate into the pieces for the 'maids to wear.

I LOVE designing for weddings, proms and special events because it means I get to see the outfit first, have a vision and make it happen!

Beautiful Danneille!

the necklace had seahorse, seashell and a vintage heart for her LOVE day

Here's a snap shot of the bracelet. Gosh what a babe of a bride. So beautiful.

All Smiles

The bracelet had vintage earrings, new stones, and a sea horse hanging from it
If you'd like some custom work done for a Wedding, Prom, or Special Event email me at Hattitude@live.com

If you want something, old, something new, and something blue in the piece of jewellery, works great!
You can even 'borrow' your grandmothers old brooch and have the necklace designed around the brooch, pin or earring.

Make your day that much more special by wearing a family heirloom in a gorgeous modern necklace, specifically designed for your dress.

Give a gift to your bridesmaids and let them enjoy a beautiful one-of-a-kind necklace on your day. It'll look great in photos and they'll be able to wear the pieces of jewellery forever after your LOVE day.

Makes a great gift to give them for when they walk down the aisle at your wedding.
